The Villa Peyron Garden in Florence
The entire complex of Villa Peyron al Bosco di Fontelucente, formal garden, the large park, Woods and olive groves all around, are located in a beautiful location with stunning views to the South of Florence. The garden of Villa Peyron, born exclusively to the delight of the owner, is the creation of fantasy and love of Paolo Peyron, who inherited the property in 1919 and 1934 settled there. The garden is divided into multiple terraces sloping down towards Florence, placed with boxwood parterres along the southern axis of the villa.
Fine workmanship statues adorning the garden, in place of those destroyed during the last war, originate from the Venetian Villas on the Brenta. Looking south you'll enjoy spectacular views over Florence and eastward on Castel di Poggio.
