The Ventaglio Park in Florence
Monumental nineteenth-century Park is State-owned, over to the Superintendent, who is responsible for the protection and care of the system tree. The Park was in the fifteenth century a host, offering the opportunity to stop pilgrims from door to Pinti went to San Domenico di Fiesole. A road, well, walking across the Park on a hill leading up near the villa (private). The Park is visited by many Florentines (especially residents in care, Campo di Marte) looking for a little peace and quiet lying on the lawns or strolling along the driveway. The villa is home to the international art University, the Park is a historical Park operated by the Superintendence. Excellent as a refuge on hot summer days.
